At Jot, we want you to love your brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our ultra-concentrated coffee, we do not require physical returns for opened bottles.
Return Process

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request within 30 days of delivery.

Our team will review your feedback to help us improve our brewing process and determine if a replacement or refund is best.
- 3.Refund Processing
Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- 4.Enjoy or Share
Since we don't accept physical returns of liquid products, we encourage you to share any unused coffee with a friend or recycle the glass bottle.
