How do you ensure the freshness of the food during transit?

All perishable items are packed in insulated liners with non-toxic gel cold packs designed to maintain optimal temperatures for up to 48 hours.

Where does Jot ship to?

Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous states in the US. We are working hard to bring our fresh ingredients to Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations soon.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please ensure changes are made at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing, but if your order arrives in poor condition, please contact our support team within 24 hours with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.
